Is choosing your legal Marital Status at the top of your wedding checklist?
Your Antenuptial Contract is possibly one of the most important legal contracts you will sign in your life. It is therefore important to ensure that you have sufficient information to make a well informed decision on the marital regime you wish to apply to your marriage.
Make sure to make the appointment with us well in advance of your Big Day.
When you decide to start the Antenuptial Contract process, contact us either by phone or email. We shall supply you with a form to complete and return in order to speed the process up and make it as convenient as possible for you.
Antenuptial Contracts must be executed by a Notary.
Berna Lubbe is a qualified Notary, and can therefore be at the meeting when you sign the Antenuptial Contract and hand you the Document which your Marriage Officer requires.
We find that couples about to get married usually require a new Will too, but do not want to incur additional expenses. We now offer a free Will if signed together with the Antenuptial Contract.
