When you buy or sell an immovable property such as your house, apartment, business premises or vacant land, it is important to know that this agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties to be enforceable. Any changes to these Contracts must also be in writing and signed by the Seller and Purchaser/Buyer.
We draft these Deeds of Sale Contracts in accordance with both the Seller and Purchaser’s needs whilst keeping within the ambit of the law and always taking into account the practical implications for the parties such as moving to or from a house or business. All relevant financial arrangements are also addressed in these Contracts, but most importantly, we make sure as far as possible, that the parties signing the agreement understand the content and effects thereof.
