Mrs Lubbe completed her B.Iuris and LLB Degrees at the University of the Free State.
She worked at the Master’s office in Bloemfontein for 3 years during her studies.
She has been a practising attorney since 1990 and previously practised in Cape Town in partnership with five other attorneys until 1998.
She established B Lubbe and Associates in March 1998.
